1 FREE OF CHARGE ANALYSIS

The basis for choosing the right modern lighting system in the project. A simple piece-for-piece exchange brings only a fraction of the potential savings. The project takes info account all essential aspects affecting the choice of suitable lighting. In particular:

the number of current light points and their type
fulfillment of the requirements of standards
the customer's specific needs resulting from the nature of the establishment and the specific environment
possible savings in the number of light points - optimization of the layout
possible control application
possible date of implementation and specific requirements for the installation of modern LED lighting

2 ALTERNATIVE OFFER

Knowledge of our customer's needs and the lighting technical project are the basis for the internal procurement process, in which we will address our entire portfolio of cooperating LED light manufacturers, who will develop a proposal for a solution using their products.

From these, we will then select three final variants, which we will present to our customer, including a comparison of all the important parameters, in a clear, completely specific and above all, logical manner. We stand behind our data.

The offer always includes a comparison:

efficiency of the solution (reduction of power consumption), including control options
achieved lighting conditions
key parameters of the offered LED lights
warranty conditions
the total price of the solution, the return on this investment
environmental benefit
financing options incl. financing from savings

3 FINANCING OPTIONS

In addition to improving working conditions and increasing work safety. a fundamental reason for purchasing a modern LED lighting system in certainly financial savings on electricity consumption, which is at a long-term peak.

For those who do not want, or currently have not planned to finance the modernization of lighting from their own funds, we have prepared financing without a direct initial investment - financing from savings.

The savings thus first serve to cover the investment, and it can therefore be said that modern LED lighting pays for itself first.

We provide financing in the form of:

a loan or leasing
financing with subsequent purchase of equipment by the customer
a preferential loan with 0% APR and no additional fees

4 CONSULTATION Of all THE OPTIONS

Project managers are always helpful to our customers in choosing the most advantageous offer, i.e. choosing a specific solution, choosing suitable financing, planning the implementation with regards to the nature of production so that it affects the ongoing production or normal operation as little as possible.

We stand behind our data, which is why we offer our customers:

loan of intended bodies for controlled measurement of lighting conditions or consumption
a visit to reference installations corresponding in concept to the offered version of LED modernization, including any control system
repeated control of the selected variant with the real state, including the final definition of the control elements, inspection of distributions and distribution boxes, specification of requirements for heigh technology, with the aim of final correction of the offer

5 INSTALLATION (EVEN) DURING OPERATION

As part of the provision of comprehensive services, we provide not only the delivery of the selected lighting solution, but also its turnkey installation, therefore including:

dismantling of current lighting fixtures
ecological disposal of current lighting fixtures
installation of a new lighting system
assembly of control elements
modification, addition or replacement of the necessary cabling
adjustment of the entire system
initial electro revision of the new lighting system
operator training
design of required regular maintenance

To professionally ensure these services, we have our own technical team and authorized partners in individual regions. The goal is to adapt the installation to ongoing production or other activities in the realized premises.

6 PROGRAM OF MAINTENANCE

Even during the projection itself, the maintenance factor is calculated, i.e. with the fact that the lighting are regularly maintained, this is the only way to maintain the luminosity parameters in the long term, only in this way can the measured values of the light parameters correspond to the projection and the real working environment to the requirements of OSH and the related ČSN standard.

Also, the lifetime of LED fixtures is significantly affected by regular maintenance. Poor cooling of the source is the most common fatal defect of modern LED industrial lighting. Such a defect, which is not covered by the warranty, can only be prevented by periodic maintenance.

LEDprojekty offers its customers several types of service packages with flat-rate payment, and as a bonus, we are able to extend your warranty on LED fixtures by up to 3 years!
